HANWO 404CDXU TRACTOR: THINKING ABOUT THE PERSON, NOT JUST THE HECTARES Work draws you in and excites, but there comes a time when you should think about yourself too. The daily hard routine — in any weather and mood — quickly exhausts and drains your strength. But is true harmony of power and comfort possible so you work with spark, not by force? To answer that question, just take a look inside the cab of the Hanwo 404CDXU tractor. ENGINE Under the hood there is already sound insulation and lighting for convenient maintenance. Reliable low-end pull is provided by the 4-cylinder naturally aspirated KM490VT with a displacement of 2545 cm³ and 40 hp. Air for it is supplied by a paper filter with an intake at the roof level of the cab, and an electric glow plug ensures easy starting in frost. Refueling the tractor is just as convenient — a 55 L polymer tank with a fuel return line is located directly under the cab. TRANSMISSION AND RUNNING GEAR The front portal axle with wheel reducers provides an agricultural clearance of 380 mm, and the reinforced rear half-axles easily withstand high torque. Thanks to front and rear counterweights the 2195 kg tractor confidently maintains traction with the soil and develops a tractive force of 11 kN. Wide tires with deep tread prevent slippage. An extended set of gears is provided by the reversible gearbox 8+8, and the HORN makes maneuvering easy. THREE-POINT HITCH Capacity of the hitch is 680 kg, its lower links are reinforced from below and have removable balls for quick implement attachment and a spring damper that absorbs vibrations on the road. Hydraulic reliability is supported by a separate tank with a filter and 4 additional quick-release hydraulic outlets for complex equipment. The forced mode confidently immerses implements into the ground, and the compressor with a receiver allows working with trailer brakes and inflating tires. COMFORT AND ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT We are already in the cab. Panoramic glazing with wipers front and rear improves visibility, and a flat floor with a non-slip mat adds convenience. The ergonomic seat is easily adjustable, and the levers are placed on side consoles with niches — exactly to hand. The electronic panel provides full information about system status, while the multimedia screen broadcasts the image from the camera. Main LED lighting is successfully complemented by additional lights on the cab. Speaking about the Hanwo 404CDXU tractor, this is not an ordinary field workhorse, but a completely different work culture. When after a long and hard shift you step out of the cab without fatigue in your body and with satisfaction from what you have done, a feeling of lightness and freedom appears.
