This Privacy Policy explains what data NDO.ua processes when users register, sign in, post listings, request verification, use contact forms, cookies, AI moderation, AI search and automatic translation.

1. Data we collect

When you use NDO.ua, we may process the following categories of data:

• account data: name, email, phone number, protected password data, email verification status, profile settings and interface language;
• login and security data: IP address, login time, session data, login attempts, email verification codes and password reset requests;
• listing data: title, description, category, price, city/country, seller contact details, photos, videos or other materials that you upload;
• verification data: Verified User requests, promo verification links, administrator decisions, payment status or verification status;
• messages: contact-page requests, seller contact form messages, support replies and system email notifications;
• technical data: cookies, session identifiers, error logs, browser, device and page data that help keep the site running.

2. How we use data

We use data to provide and protect the NDO.ua service:

• to create accounts, support login, email verification and password reset;
• to publish, edit, translate, moderate, approve or reject listings;
• to show seller profiles, favorites, verification status, VIP status and other paid or promotional statuses;
• to send system emails about registration, verification codes, passwords, listings, moderation, payment, verification and buyer contacts;
• to protect the site from spam, fraud, mass attacks, unsafe or prohibited listings;
• to analyze speed, stability and page quality when you have accepted analytics cookies.

3. Public listings and profiles

Listings, photos, price, category, city, country, description, public seller name, ratings/reviews, Verified User status and some contact details may be visible to other users and search engines. Do not add documents, bank details, home addresses, private conversations or other non-public information to titles, descriptions or photos.

Uploaded images may be optimized, resized, converted to web formats and displayed as thumbnails or full-size listing photos.

4. AI moderation, AI search and automatic translation

NDO.ua may use automated tools to pre-check listings, detect spam or prohibited content, improve search and translate listings between Ukrainian, English and Russian. Listing titles, descriptions, categories, photos and other listing data may be processed for these purposes.

AI results help moderation, but final decisions about approval, rejection, blocking or verification may be made by an administrator. Do not include sensitive personal data in text that will be translated or moderated.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

NDO.ua uses cookies for login, security, user choices, favorites, reviews, form operation and analytics with consent.

You can change or clear cookies in your browser settings. If you decline analytics cookies, the main site functions should still work, but we will not receive statistics used to improve the service.

6. Email notifications

We send service emails required for NDO.ua to work: email confirmation, security codes, password reset, listing notifications, moderation, payment, verification, seller contact and support replies. These emails are not marketing newsletters. If marketing emails are added in the future, they should use separate consent or include an unsubscribe option.

7. Payments and verification

If you pay for VIP services or verification, NDO.ua may store payment status, amount, currency, date, transaction identifier, service status and related account data. Full bank card details are processed by the payment provider, not by NDO.ua.

8. Who may process data

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by providers that help the site operate: hosting, email delivery, analytics with consent, payment services, anti-spam/reCAPTCHA, AI moderation, AI translation, search, backups and technical support. Such providers should process data only to provide the relevant service.

We may also disclose data if required by law, a court, law-enforcement authority or if necessary to protect users, NDO.ua or third parties from fraud, spam or unsafe activity.

9. Retention and security

We keep data for as long as needed for accounts, listings, verification, payments, support, security, accounting and legal obligations. After an account or listing is deleted, some data may remain temporarily in backups, security logs or documents that must be kept by law.

We use technical and organizational security measures: access limits, password protection, sessions, form checks, error logging, moderation and backups. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their passwords and never share verification codes with others.

10. Your rights

You may contact us to access your data, correct it, delete an account or listing, withdraw analytics consent, restrict processing or ask a privacy question. Write to info [at] ndo.ua from the email address linked to your account.

11. Children

NDO.ua is not intended for independent use by children. If a user is not old enough to enter into transactions or consent to data processing independently, they should use the service only with a parent or legal representative.

12. Policy changes

We may update this Privacy Policy when NDO.ua features, cookies, providers, laws or security rules change. The new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
