These Terms of Use explain the rules for using NDO.ua. They apply to browsing the site, registration, posting listings, communication between users, paid services, Verified User status, and use of platform materials.

1. General Provisions

1.1. NDO.ua is an online classifieds platform where users may post information about goods, services, jobs, real estate, transport, and other permitted offers.

1.2. The site administration provides the technical operation of the platform, moderation, publication rules, help materials, and access to paid options. The administration is not the seller of goods, employer, agent, intermediary, or party to transactions between users.

1.3. The user is solely responsible for listing content, accuracy of information, the right to sell goods or provide services, and fulfillment of agreements with buyers.

2. Registration and Account

2.1. To post listings, users must create an account or log in through an available authorization method. During registration, users must provide accurate information and current contact details.

2.2. It is prohibited to create accounts using another person’s data, use fake contacts, register multiple profiles to bypass restrictions, or transfer an account to third parties for rule violations.

2.3. Users are responsible for password security and all actions performed from their account. If you notice suspicious activity, contact us through the contact form.

3. Posting Listings

3.1. A listing must be placed in the correct category and include a clear title, real description, current price, city, contact details, and, when appropriate, original photos of the item or examples of work.

3.2. Users may not publish duplicates, intentionally wrong categories, manipulative prices, hidden advertising, false characteristics, third-party photos without permission, or text that misleads buyers.

3.3. Listings may be subject to automated or manual moderation. The administration may correct technical errors, move listings to another category, temporarily hide, or remove materials that violate the rules.

4. Prohibited Content, Goods, and Conduct

4.1. NDO.ua has zero tolerance for illegal, dangerous, or harmful content. It is prohibited to post listings, messages, photos, links, or other materials related to:

• criminal activity, fraud, stolen goods, or goods the user has no right to sell;
• weapons, explosives, drugs, illegal medical products, forged documents, or counterfeit goods;
• pornography, sexual or escort services, sexual exploitation, sexual material involving minors, or any content that may constitute sexual abuse or exploitation;
• violence, threats, calls to harm, cruelty, hate speech, harassment, or humiliation based on origin, nationality, gender, religion, health status, or other protected characteristics;
• the sale of alcohol, tobacco products, prohibited substances, or other goods whose circulation is restricted by law or platform rules;
• malware, phishing, collection of other people’s personal data, spam, or attempts to bypass the site’s technical restrictions.

4.2. Users must use the platform with respect for other people, the law, and NDO.ua rules. The site may not be used for insults, pressure, extortion, discrimination, threats, unsafe arrangements, or actions that may harm other users or the platform’s reputation.

5. Moderation, Removal, and Blocking

5.1. The administration reserves the right, without prior notice, to reject, hide, edit, or remove any listing, message, profile data, or other material if it violates these Terms, platform rules, the law, or creates risk for users.

5.2. The administration may restrict features, temporarily block, permanently delete an account, revoke Verified User status, or deny further access to paid and free services in case of rule violations, suspected fraud, illegal activity, sale of prohibited goods, or publication of sexual, violent, stolen, or other prohibited content.

5.3. Paid VIP, highlighting, advertising, service packages, or Verified User status do not give permission to violate the rules and do not protect a user from moderation. If a paid service was purchased for a listing, account, or activity that violates these Terms, materials may be removed, the account may be blocked, and payments are not refundable.

6. Paid Services, VIP, and Verification

6.1. The site may offer paid services: VIP promotion, listing highlighting, user verification, or other visibility tools. Current conditions and prices are published on the Tariffs page.

6.2. VIP promotion does not guarantee a sale, call, or specific number of views. It increases listing visibility according to the site’s technical capabilities.

6.3. Verified User status is a trust signal, but it is not a guarantee that a transaction will be completed, that every offer is lawful, or that the user is immune from moderation. Buyers should still check the item, documents, payment terms, and delivery terms.

7. Communication Between Users

7.1. Users must communicate respectfully, avoid spam, not request confidential data, not send malicious links, and not use the site for pressure, insults, or fraud.

7.2. Agreements about price, delivery, warranty, payment, returns, or service performance are made between seller and buyer without NDO.ua participation.

8. Law Enforcement Requests and Legal Requirements

8.1. NDO.ua may store and provide information about a user, account, listings, payments, technical logs, IP addresses, contact details, correspondence, or other available data when required by applicable law, a court decision, an official request from police, law enforcement, a regulator, or another competent authority.

8.2. The administration may also preserve or disclose information when necessary to investigate fraud, protect the rights and safety of users, enforce these Terms, prevent harm, or respond to illegal content.

9. Safe Transactions

• check the description, photos, seller profile, and publication date;
• do not send prepayment to strangers without sufficient guarantees;
• inspect goods before payment or use safer delivery methods;
• keep correspondence and confirmations of agreements;
• report suspicious listings or fraud attempts to the administration.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1. The user confirms that they have the right to publish texts, photos, logos, videos, and other materials in a listing. By uploading materials to the site, the user allows NDO.ua to display them within the platform, search, promotional blocks, and listing pages.

10.2. It is prohibited to copy the site design, listing database, texts, photos, or technical elements for creating competing services, automated scraping, or other unauthorized purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. NDO.ua does not verify every agreement between users and is not responsible for product quality, service performance, employment, payment, delivery, or further use of purchased goods.

11.2. The site may temporarily operate with interruptions due to maintenance, updates, external services, hosting, or circumstances beyond the administration’s control.

12. Changes to the Terms

12.1. The administration may update these Terms. The new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the site, unless expressly stated otherwise in the update text.

12.2. Continued use of NDO.ua after an update means acceptance of the new version of the Terms.
