Describe the condition of the item, model, specifications, included accessories, reason for sale, delivery terms, possibility of bargaining or warranty. For services indicate experience, city of work, payment format and examples of completed jobs. For vacancies - salary, schedule, requirements and responsibilities.
An ad may go through moderation. Check that mandatory fields are filled, that correct contacts, city and photos are added, and that the ad does not duplicate an already published offer.
Yes. Sign in to your personal account, open your ads and choose edit. If after changes the ad requires additional review, it may temporarily not be shown in the catalog.
Use a specific title, original photos, a realistic price, the correct category and short paragraphs. Do not write everything in capital letters, do not add unnecessary symbols and do not hide important sale terms.
This is a trust badge that shows the profile has passed additional verification by NDO administration. It helps buyers notice more reliable profiles faster, but does not replace basic safety rules.

Basic paid verification costs 199 UAH. Also, until 31 December 2026 a promo period with a free application may be in effect subject to meeting the platform requirements.
No. The trust badge helps with orientation, but the buyer still must check the item, documents, payment method and delivery terms.
VIP is paid promotion that increases an ad’s visibility in the category, search and site promo blocks. It is useful for urgent sales, competitive categories and business offers.
Main tariffs and current conditions are published on the Tariffs for ad placement page. In some categories separate prices or short promo packages may apply.
No. VIP increases visibility, but the result depends on price, photos, description, demand, city, category and seller response speed.
Payment is made by the methods available on the site. After successful payment the status or service is activated according to the tariff conditions.
Open the ad and use the available contacts: message, phone or other indicated contact methods. Ask clarifying questions before payment.
Inspect the item before payment, meet in public places, do not share SMS codes, do not follow suspicious links and do not transfer advance payments without sufficient guarantees.
Do not continue the deal, save the link to the ad and notify the administration via the report button or the Contact us page.
