Stand assembly GR

The stand assembly GR is a working unit of a subsoiler designed for deep loosening of soil, particularly on mechanically heavy soils. The stand is mounted on the frame structure of the GR subsoiler and provides attachment of the working elements that directly interact with the soil during operation of the implement.

The stand assembly consists of the main working elements: leg stand, leg wing and tip. The design is calculated to operate under significant loads during penetration of the working parts into the soil. The materials of the parts are selected taking into account requirements for strength, hardness and resistance to abrasive wear.

The leg stand is made of 30MnB5 steel with a thickness of 15 mm and a hardness of 46–52 HRC. The leg wing is made of 30MnB5 steel with a thickness of 8 mm and a hardness of 46–52 HRC. The tip is made of steel analogous to 27KhGR with a hardness of 48–52 HRC. These characteristics provide the necessary mechanical properties of the working elements when cultivating dense soil.

Using a subsoiler with appropriate working stands promotes loosening of compacted soil layers without the need for full inversion, improves water permeability and creates favorable conditions for the development of the plant root system.

The front stand assembly GR is suitable for repair and restoration of operability of the GR subsoiler. Before ordering, it is necessary to check compatibility with the specific model of the implement and the direction of the stand bend.
