Product description:

The high-precision DV10IR series needle-type throttle valve is designed to regulate the flow of working fluid in hydraulic systems of agricultural machinery. The valve allows smooth change of the movement speed of hydraulic cylinders or rotation of hydraulic motors by restricting the oil flow in one or both directions. Thanks to the built-in scale on the handle, the operator can set the required operating mode of the unit with maximum accuracy.

Applicability:

This throttle is a standard unit for regulating hydraulic cycles on the following equipment:

Cultivators: KN-4.8, KN-6.1 (regulation of section lift/lower speed).

Harrows: BRZ-9.

Distributors: RN series and other high-pressure hydrofied systems.

Technical specifications :

Marking: DV10IR (analog of needle throttle 3/8″).

Thread connection: G 3/8″ (internal thread).

Throughput: up to 30–40 L/min (depending on oil viscosity).

Maximum operating pressure: 350 bar (35 MPa).
