The vibrating potato digger for a walk-behind tractor with an active reinforced (belt-driven) blade (KRM2) features a higher-strength design - the frame is made of thick-walled square profile tubes, reinforced with welded angles and crosspieces. A single-point hitch unit with adjustable height position, reinforced with a turnbuckle.
This vibrating potato digger (KRM2) works excellently on soils of varying difficulty, digging the crop to a depth of up to 18 cm. It is equipped with a steel active vibrating blade with a working width of 38 cm. The blade has a well-sharpened cutting edge, which allows easy undercutting of soil layers to the set depth, maximally capturing all tubers, even under heavily branched plants. The soil clod together with the root crops gets onto the actively vibrating sieve (rods with a diameter of 10 mm), where it is well cleaned of soil and dropped onto the ground for subsequent manual collection.
The vibrating belt-driven potato digger with an active blade reinforced (belt-driven) (KRM2) is connected to the PTO of the machine; it is driven by a belt transmission that delivers torque to the connecting rod and eccentric, causing the reciprocating movements of the vibrating blade and sieve. The drive pulley is additionally equipped with a roller tensioner, which ensures smooth operation of the unit on any terrain. Digging depth is adjusted by changing the height of the support wheels.

Description
