Modern technologies were used in the manufacture of the three-row cultivator KN-2.8 with Bellota / Eurozappa shanks, taking into account the practical needs of farmers. The unit is intended for continuous pre-sowing soil cultivation to a depth of 4–12 cm with simultaneous cutting of weed root systems, crushing of clods, leveling and rolling of the field surface, as well as for fallow care.

The main structural advantage of the cultivator is the S-shaped Bellota / Eurozappa shanks, which provide stable operation, excellent terrain following and durability even under intensive use.

Advantages of the Bellota shank for the disc harrow:

High wear resistance — the shank is made of high-quality steel that withstands intensive loads.

Better performance on heavy soils — effectively penetrates and maintains a stable working depth.

Impact resistance — absorbs loads when contacting obstacles, protecting the discs and fastenings.

Structural features of the KN-2.8 Bellota:

the strong and reliable frame guarantees long service life; – the optimal layout of working components (shank 70×12 mm, Bellota share 260 mm) provides quality cultivation without clogging on various soil types; – a harrow installed behind the working components additionally loosens the soil and effectively combs out weeds (spring tooth height — 280 mm, diameter — 6 mm); – rollers with a diameter of 300 mm with sealed bearings, operating after the harrow, break up clods and roll the surface, creating an ideal seedbed.

Spring comb (removable). Provides additional crushing of clods and final leveling of the surface. If necessary, it can be easily removed, adapting the unit to field conditions.

Spring safety blocks. Protect the shares and shanks from damage when hitting obstacles, reduce peak loads and lower the tractor's draft force. This extends the life of components and saves fuel.

Rolling rollers. Additionally level and compact the topsoil layer, retaining moisture and forming a quality seedbed.

Additional option — field board

The KN-2.8 cultivator can be additionally equipped with a field board.

This option provides even better leveling of the field surface, uniform distribution of soil across the working width and effective breaking of residual clods. The field board is especially useful when preparing the field for sowing small-seeded crops where the most even structure of the top layer is important.

Installing the field board allows you to obtain a more homogeneous seedbed, reduce the number of machine passes and improve the overall quality of pre-sowing cultivation.
