Description of the DTZ FN-1.6K rotary tiller (support wheels, reinforced gearbox*8, IT225 20/20 blades) Rotary tillers are used for final pre-sowing soil cultivation in a single pass, eliminating prior plowing and harrowing. The set includes blades with D322 hardfacing, which allows working up to 5 times longer without replacement compared to standard blades. At the same time, the topsoil is actively crushed and mixed, weeds are destroyed, crop residues and fertilizers are incorporated, the surface is leveled, and an optimal porosity and soil structure are created, which increases its biological and biochemical activity. Rotary tillers are used both in open fields and in greenhouses, on flat surfaces and on beds, and are used in forest nurseries and park and garden enterprises. They are most effective when working heavy, puddling soils, cutting clods, as well as for improving and rejuvenating meadows and pastures. The rotary tillers have a centrally located drive. The rotor blades are arranged in a spiral, which increases the smoothness of the tiller’s operation.
