    Variety NELSONApricot Nelson - a new variety developed at a university in France, belongs to late-ripening varieties. It is self-fertile, blooms late which ensures fruit safety from short May frosts, and has been noted for high disease resistance. The tree grows up to 4 meters tall, with a medium-density crown up to 4 meters in diameter. The fruits are medium to large with a rich orange color and a slight red diffuse blush, average weight 70 - 90 grams. Skin thin, smooth, clean. Flesh of excellent varietal taste, juicy, sweet, aromatic. Fruits remain on the tree for a long time. Ripening time – in the 20s of August, 2–3 days later than the Farbeli variety. High frost resistance. The variety is resistant to the main apricot diseases.
