    Variety VERDAL (VERDAL) Fig Verdal — a new self-fertile variety brought to Ukraine from Spain. It is distinguished by very high productivity, large pear-shaped fruits, average weight 35–45 grams. Skin thin, yellow-green in color, flesh sweet with a slight acidity, juicy, dense texture. Fruiting in the second year after planting from the second half of August, once a year. The bush is medium-growing, reaches up to 3 meters in height, crown wide, shoots strong. Prefers to grow in sunny, southern sites, not demanding to soils, tolerates drought well.
