The ground mounting system for pile concreting is designed for installation of solar photovoltaic plants under the "Green tariff".
The frame of the table for solar panels is made of hot-dip galvanized piles and purlins from cold-rolled hot-dip galvanized profiles. The posts are also made of cold-rolled hot-dip galvanized C-shaped profiles.
Profiles are manufactured from coil hot-dip galvanized steel with a thickness from 0.7 to 4.0 mm, with a yield strength from 250 to 350 MPa and an elongation at break of not less than 18%. The total zinc mass on both surfaces is not less than 275 g/m2, zinc thickness 20 µm, which provides corrosion resistance of the profiles for at least 30 years when operating the frame in non-aggressive environments.
The mounting system is developed in accordance with the current Ukrainian regulatory framework for construction, which makes it resistant to snow and wind loads.

The ground mounting system for pile concreting is designed for installation of solar photovoltaic plants under the "Green tariff".
The frame of the table for solar panels is made of hot-dip galvanized piles and purlins from cold-rolled hot-dip galvanized profiles. The posts are also made of cold-rolled hot-dip galvanized C-shaped profiles.
