We are the AMS BUD team, and we have been doing our beloved work for 22 years. We create comfortable commercial spaces “turnkey” across Ukraine — from cozy offices to large medical centers. Work schedule: Monday–Friday (no night shifts)
Salary: 30,000–90,000 UAH (depends on your experience and project complexity)

????️ Your responsibilities:
Ensure that all work is carried out on time and with quality
Organize the crews’ work and assign them clear tasks
Communicate with clients and be the company’s face on the site
Ensure materials and tools are on site on time
Calculate work volumes and prepare estimates
Bear material responsibility for the preservation of company property
Coordinate with other departments, keep acts and reports

✅ What we expect from you:
Experience as a site foreman of at least 4 years (mandatory in capital construction)
Higher technical or construction education, PChB preferable
Experience organizing the work of crews in various directions
Knowledge of building codes and standards, ability to read drawings, confident user of Word, Excel, AutoCAD
Ability to select and work with construction machinery
Willingness to travel on business trips
Driver’s license category B and at least 2 years’ driving experience (preferably — own car)
