Our company operates in the field of commercial and industrial construction. We carry out turnkey projects and control all processes until their completion. Focused on quality and building long-term partnership relations. Due to expansion, we are looking for an assistant to the manager.

What we offer:

Work schedule: Mon–Fri, full-time
Salary: 8,000 – 20,000 UAH

Experience working with a manager and participation in real projects

Candidate responsibilities:

Handling business correspondence and documentation
Preparation of reports, spreadsheets, commercial proposals
Coordinating interaction between foremen, crews, and the office
Monitoring the completion of assigned tasks
Organizing meetings and conferences

What we expect from you:

Experience in a similar position is an advantage
Confident PC skills (Word, Excel)
Ideally an understanding of the construction industry or willingness to learn quickly
High level of organization and responsibility
Ability to work in a multitasking mode
Communication skills and attention to detail
