Company “ORLAN” has been in the security market for over ten years.

About us:
We provide security for facilities of any complexity — from private homes to large industrial enterprises. We are looking for a specialist who will professionally handle the documentary side of our services and can maintain a cool head and attentiveness under tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities:

Specialized contracts: Drafting and negotiating contracts for the provision of security services (physical security, alarm monitoring, installation of video surveillance and alarm systems).
Material liability: Clearly stipulating the terms of the parties' material liability — this is a critically important block in our field.
Facility verification: Analysis of the counterparty's title documents for facilities accepted for security.
Tender support: Preparation of the contract base for participation in procurements (Prozorro) and working with standard government contracts.
Claims work: Preparation of claims in case of client arrears for security services.

Our requirements:

Higher legal education.
Work experience of at least 2 years (experience in the services or security sector will be a significant advantage).
Understanding of the specifics of the Law “On Security Activities” and licensing conditions.
Ability to clearly delineate areas of responsibility in the contract text.
Literacy, attention to detail and the ability to work with a large number of standard forms.

Would be a plus:

Experience interacting with the police or permitting authorities.
Skills in working with electronic document management (Vchasno, Deals, etc.).
