Due to company expansion, we are looking for a responsible and organized fleet manager who will ensure the efficient operation of the transport department, control the technical condition of vehicles, and coordinate drivers.

Main responsibilities

Organization and control of the company fleet's operations
Coordination of drivers and transport routes
Monitoring the technical condition of vehicles
Planning maintenance and repairs
Maintaining transport documentation
Monitoring fuel consumption and optimizing expenses
Working with insurance companies and service stations
Controlling drivers' compliance with vehicle operation rules
Analyzing fleet utilization efficiency
Resolving operational issues during transportation
Monitoring GPS systems and logistics processes
Preparing reports for management

Candidate requirements

Work experience in logistics or fleet management of at least 1 year
Understanding of the technical structure of vehicles
Confident PC skills (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM)
Ability to work in a multitasking mode
Responsibility, attentiveness, and organization
Communicative skills and personnel management abilities
Knowledge of transportation rules and transport documentation is an advantage
Possession of a category B driving license
