To your main responsibilities will belong:
Conducting screening examinations of candidates and employees using a polygraph during employment;
Preparation and coordination of the list of questions according to the company's request;
Various investigations of employees for loyalty and involvement in corruption schemes;
Conducting preliminary interviews before testing;
Analysis of research results and preparation of conclusions;

Candidate requirements: Complete higher education (preferably: psychology, law, security, forensic science, medicine); Specialized training in the field of "Polygraph Research" at a certified training center; Availability of certificates confirming the right to conduct polygraph research; Knowledge of interview and polygraph testing methodologies; Practical experience conducting polygraph research (preferably from 2 years); Confident PC skills and polygraph software proficiency.
