B-260 ND – is a two-person inflatable, oar-powered boat model from the Ukrainian manufacturer Bark. This model will be an excellent choice for fishing or hunting enthusiasts. This boat can be purchased in various configurations and equipment levels. The boat's configuration can be assessed by decoding the letter designations in the name. These include: C – slatted floor; N – removable transom; P – rubbing strake; D – movable seats; 260 – external length in centimeters. The B-260 ND hull provides excellent buoyancy and good stability on the water thanks to its 34 cm tube. This craft consists of two airtight compartments, which means the boat will remain afloat even if a compartment is accidentally punctured or a valve is damaged. The B-260 ND is made of durable 5-layer PVC fabric of different densities, the bottom from a denser 950 g/m2, and the tubes - 850 g/m2. The Bark B-260 ND rowing boat has good load capacity and is ready to take on board up to 230 kg, and with comfortable cockpit dimensions of 192*62 cm one person fits easily, but two people with necessary luggage will also be quite comfortable. The Bark B-260 ND has a fairly low weight even with the floor kit, it is 20-23 kg (depending on configuration), and with the bag included, the craft with all necessities can be conveniently carried even by one person. Bark B-260 ND, in the basic configuration, is equipped with a slatted floor consisting of three plywood moisture-resistant boards (slats), with an anti-slip effect, which are fixed to the bottom; thanks to the floor you can stand upright in the boat. The plywood slats, when assembling the boat, are installed before inflating the tubes; they are secured in PVC pockets on the bottom of the boat for good fixation. The B-260 ND model is equipped with two movable, sturdy plywood seats; thanks to the Liktros-Likpaz system you can independently adjust the distance between the seats. The inflatable boat Bark B-260 ND includes fittings and the removable transom itself in the kit, which makes movement on the water easier and faster; the permissible motor power for such a boat is 3 hp. In the base, a rubbing strake is not placed on the sides of the Bark B-260 ND; it is useful for preventing mechanical damage to the PVC when mooring or colliding with various objects, and it also acts as a splash guard. If you understand that a rubbing strake is needed, your choice is the maximum configuration – B-260 NPD. The Bark B-260 ND inflatable boat comes with two aluminum, collapsible oars, as well as swivel oarlocks; if the oars are not used they can be fixed horizontally in special holders on the tubes. The Bark B-260 ND is equipped with a safety lifeline rope along both sides of the gunwales, and for convenient carrying the boat has 2 handles, one at the stern and the other at the bow in the form of a towing eye.
