Bark B-270 D – is a basic boat model that has proven itself well, with an increased tube diameter. This model is suitable for fishing or hunting, and also, thanks to its characteristics, behaves excellently on large open waters. This boat can be purchased in various variations and configurations. The boat's configuration can be assessed by decoding the letter designations in the name. These include: C – slatted decking; N – removable transom; P – rubbing strake; D – movable seats; 270 – overall length in centimeters. The B-270D boat provides excellent buoyancy and good stability even in large waves due to its increased tube of 38 cm compared to the previous model, the B-260, which has a tube size of 34 cm. Bark B-270 D consists of two watertight compartments with a flexible membrane to equalize the overall air pressure in the boat; thus even with an accidental puncture of a compartment or valve damage the vessel will remain afloat. B-270 D is manufactured from durable reinforced PVC fabric of different densities, the bottom from a denser 950 g/m2, and the tubes - 850 g/m2. The rowing boat Bark B-270D is characterized by a high payload of 300 kg. The comfortable cockpit dimensions (194*63 cm) will allow two people with necessary luggage to sit comfortably. The Bark B-270 D boat weighs 22-24 kg (depending on configuration), and with the included bag, the vessel with all necessities can be conveniently carried even by one person. The Bark B-270 D, in the basic version, is equipped with a slatted decking consisting of 4 plywood moisture-resistant boards (slans) with an anti-slip effect, which are fixed to the bottom; thanks to the decking you can freely move in the boat and stand steadily at full height. The plywood slans are secured in PVC pockets on the bottom of the boat for good fixation. The B-270 D model is equipped with two movable plywood seats, thanks to which you can independently adjust the distance between the seats along the lifeline. The inflatable boat Bark B-270 D allows for installation of a removable transom; if you want to simplify and speed up movement on the water, you should consider the B-270ND model which includes the mounting and the removable transom, the permissible engine power for such a boat is 3 hp. In the base, the Bark B-270 D does not have a rubbing strake on the sides; it is useful to prevent mechanical damage to the PVC when mooring or colliding with various objects, it also functions as a splash deflector. If you understand that a rubbing strake is necessary, your choice is Bark B-270PD. There is also the possibility to purchase the Bark B-270 D in the maximum configuration, with decking, movable seats, removable transom and rubbing strake; such a model is called B-270NPD. The inflatable boat Bark B-270 D is supplied with two aluminum collapsible oars, as well as swiveling oarlocks; if the oars are not used they can be fixed horizontally in special holders on the tubes. Bark B-270 D is equipped with a safety lifeline rope along both sides of the gunwales, and for convenient carrying the boat has 2 handles, one at the rear and the other at the bow in the form of a towing eye.
