BSZ "Molniya" for Jawa, Izh motorcycles 6-12 V. Shipping across Ukraine without prepayment.

Manufacture, wholesale and retail sale of BSZ and CDI systems, shipping abroad. You can order BSZ kits (and CDI) with a Hall sensor, optical sensor, with a coil from a "Gazelle" at 24000 V or SOVEK at 18000 V, spark plug wires and a unit for BSZ adjustment and diagnostics (Md1 unit), as well as NGK spark plugs.

Kits are assembled "turnkey", require no modification. Everything installs in the stock locations, works together with the original generator.

Suitable for:
- Jawa 350, 250 6-12 V
- Izh P, Izh Yu 6-12 V

BSZ "Molniya" specifications:
- Operates from 5 V
- Allows voltage spikes up to 18 V
- Allows engine operation without a battery
- Not afraid of overheating
- Spark at the coil output 18000-24000 V
- Maximum RPM 9000 rpm
- Dust- and moisture-resistant
- 1 year warranty

Kits are assembled based on the VTn 0529.3734 commutator (the only commutator that has protection against voltage spikes and allows operation without a battery).

Advantages of BSZ compared to KSZ:
- Improved cold starting (thanks to a powerful 24000 V spark, breakdown 10-15 mm of air gap — see our video "BSZ deadly spark": https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Gn-DXGUY7Yg)
- The system operates from 5 V — no longer need to fear a weak battery, weak spark and poor starting
- Cylinders do not fail
- Engine operation stability increases
- Synchronization of cylinder operation increases, as a result vibration, load on the crankshaft, bearings, etc. decreases
- The engine runs softer, clearer, RPM responds more briskly
- Carbon deposits on spark plugs decrease
- The main plus — raising the ceiling of maximum RPM, since at high RPM there is no sticking of contacts and ignition misses. This increases engine efficiency, increases power and saves fuel
- Spark plugs "live" many times longer
- Better engine traction
