Description:

The repair kit is installed in the housing of the D11-S01-V4 water pump for the D-65 engine.

This repair kit is the standard repair kit for the YUMZ tractor water pump with the D-65 engine, despite the spread of Chinese-made pumps with various housing and shaft designs not described in any catalog.

After disassembling the water pump, you should first check the condition of the working surface of the pump housing sliding sleeve. It must not have chips, scratches, cracks, and wear must be within tolerances. Otherwise the sleeve must be replaced. If this is not done, replacing the repair kit may not help restore the water pump's service life.

The bearings of this pump are open, closed by rubber-reinforced oil seals that prevent LITOL-24 grease from leaking out of the bearing assembly. The water pump seal is installed in the impeller and after assembly of the pump forms a friction pair with the thrust sliding sleeve of the water pump. This ensures the sealing of the bearing cavity. To prevent leakage from the drain hole during lapping of the seal to the sleeve, the seal's graphite sealing ring should be lubricated with graphite grease.

The pump shaft is steel, has a flat for mounting the impeller and a thread for fastening the impeller with an M8X20 bolt.

The D-65 diesels were installed not only on YUMZ and LTZ tractors, but also on AD-30 and DGA-25 diesel generators, Borex-3106 loaders, EO-2621, EK 18-14, ZTM-50, PEA-1A Karpatets-1560S, DT-75, UTB-50M drilling rigs, compressor stations and other equipment.
