Third year: $30.25 per 1 sq.m. without VAT taking into account indexation. Indexation is carried out in accordance with the sale rate at the cash desk of JSC “Raiffeisen Bank”.
Payment is made in non-cash form. The tenant also makes a security deposit in the amount of two months' rent for the last two months of the lease. The lease term is 2 years and 11 months.
Utilities: the tenant reimburses the owner of the leased property for electricity, water and heating expenses according to meters.
Placement and size of the sign are agreed with the landlord in writing.
Early termination of the Agreement unilaterally with written notice 6 months in advance, provided payment of a penalty in the amount of 3 (three) months' rent. Conditions are the same for both the Tenant and the Landlord.
