I am selling a unique apartment with an author's renovation in the "Dynasty" residential complex (Vasylia Lypkivskoho St., 37g, Solomianskyi district).

The apartment is on the 25th, top floor. According to the technical passport the apartment is 49 square meters, but we used the ceiling height (4 meters) and divided it into 2 zones — bathroom and bedroom — thus the usable area increased by approximately 15 m2. I can send the remodeling project. We also visually increased the area with large mirrors and a mirrored wall approximately 4 by 5 m.

Everything was done as for ourselves, we used high-quality materials and implemented our creative ideas 100%.

SMEG appliances in the kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator), there is also a stove, hood, oven-microwave (I don't remember the manufacturer). The furniture was also chosen with taste, from KARE (chandelier, sofa, bar counter).

On the second level, which we enclosed with a reliable glass wall with a door, there is the so-called bedroom with a bed, and there is also a separate place for a wardrobe (the wardrobe has not been made yet, we decided that the future owner will determine what is best for them).

Glass stairs made of tempered glass and stainless steel with backlighting and illuminated flooring became the highlight of our apartment. At the entrance there is a large built-in wardrobe. In the bathroom we used black furniture from Kolo Twins, a smart mirror and a shower curtain from the company Liberta. Philips Ambilight TV, 65-inch (hangs on the wall opposite the sofa, and in front of it a bar counter — we did not manage to photograph it). Touch switches. Two air conditioners (on the 1st and 2nd levels in the bedroom).

On the panoramic windows we hung very pleasant gray curtains, 4 meters. There are also two balconies, stunning view.
