Buy a buggy in Ukraine: history and features of the vehicle
A buggy is a one- or two-seat lightweight vehicle with an open top, designed for off-road driving and rough terrain. Such an all-terrain vehicle is usually equipped with an automobile or motorcycle internal combustion engine, but electric models also exist.
This type of vehicle appeared in the United States in the 1950s, when off-road enthusiasts modified Volkswagen Beetles by removing the body and installing a lightweight frame or a fiberglass body. By the way, the word "buggy" comes from the English "buggy," which originally referred to the "beetle."
Today buggy vehicles are objects of technical creativity or sporting prototypes used in various adrenaline-filled competitions: rally-raid races, trophy raids, autocross and trial. A four-wheeled all-terrain vehicle is also convenient for use in agriculture and forestry, and useful for commuting and hunting. These vehicles differ from ATVs by having a car-style seating position, a roll cage and four-point seat belts, greater capacity and easier handling.

- The open body design provides good visibility and ventilation.
- A powerful engine and four-wheel drive ensure high off-road capability.
- The all-terrain vehicle can reach speeds of up to 100 km/h and higher.
- Excellent maneuverability allows obstacles to be easily overcome.
- Less safe than cars and requires greater attention when driving.
Buggies can vary in size and construction elements. Some have a rigid frame, others a tubular frame. Some vehicles are available with four-wheel drive, while others are sold only with front- or rear-wheel drive.
How to choose a vehicle for yourself

- Engine type (vehicles come with gasoline or diesel engines).
- Wheel size. A model with larger wheels will perform better off-road.
- Number of seats (vehicles can be single-seat, two-seat or four-seat).
