A ready business is for sale for the production of zipper bags (zip bags) and the production of polyethylene tubing. The equipment consists of 2 extruders, 3 machines for cutting bags and 9 extrusion heads for producing bags or tubing of different sizes. The equipment is installed, assembled, adjusted, and operates correctly. The staff includes a process engineer who monitors proper equipment operation and performs its scheduled maintenance. Our equipment is high-end, the newest available in Ukraine, imported from China in 2021. Competitors have low-end, old, worn equipment that is already 15–20 years old. Now importing equipment like ours is very expensive due to price increases for equipment in China and significant increases in shipping costs and lengthened routes due to the war. Importing and commissioning such equipment now would cost 1.5–2 times more than our sale price. The commissioning process for new equipment, until it reaches working modes, takes about six months. Our equipment has already completed commissioning, operates reliably, and allows achieving full production capacity from day one. The equipment is installed in a production workshop that is rented.
