LLC "AMS BUD" is a company specializing in construction and repair works. We invite a responsible and experienced site foreman to the team to organize and control work at sites.

– a salary of 30,000–90,000 UAH depending on experience and results;

Main responsibilities:

– organization and direct supervision of work on site;
– assigning tasks and controlling the crew’s work;
– control of quality, volumes and deadlines of works;
– coordination of construction and installation works;
– control of material usage;
– maintaining technical documentation and reporting;
– interaction with the client and company representatives.

Requirements:

– higher education in construction;
– experience as a site foreman from 2 years;
– knowledge of construction norms and DBN;
– ability to read drawings and work with technical documentation;
– skills in managing a construction crew;
– knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word);
– responsibility, organization, communication skills;
– focus on quality results and meeting deadlines;
– willingness to travel — mandatory;
– having your own formed crew will be an advantage.
