Principle of operation of the ZOM-12 separator

In the cleaning process:

large impurities (straw, ears, stones, clods of earth, etc.) remain on the upper sieve and are removed through special chutes;
small impurities, dust, weed seeds and other particles pass through the sieve openings and are discharged through the lower chute;
cleaned grain enters the pneumatic separation channel, where light impurities, chaff and dust are removed by an air stream.

As a result, high-quality cleaned grain is obtained, ready for further storage, drying, processing or sowing.
