The fan rake for a walk-behind tractor GR1 works excellently on plots with terrain of any complexity, used for raking dried grass and forming windrows. It is attached to equipment with power from 12 horsepower using a semi-trailer mechanism with clamps and bolted connections that secure the device to the adapter and the cross beam. The hitch assembly is equipped with an adjustable turnbuckle and a spring drawbar with a pedal.
The fan rakes for the walk-behind tractor operate in the lowered position — the position of the structure (raising or lowering) is adjusted with a special handle and the pedal of the spring drawbar. Along the entire length of the frame there are eighteen steel springs 60 cm high, spaced 7 cm apart. The springs are fixed with bolts and can be easily replaced as needed. The frame is made of steel angle, has a working width of 148 cm.
The unit is mounted on a frame made of sturdy profile tube with two pneumatic wheels. Additionally, the fan rake for the walk-behind tractor GR1 can be equipped with a comfortable seat and a metal footrest for the operator who monitors the work process. All elements of the structure are coated with protective anti-corrosion paint. Maximum productivity - 1.5 ha/h.
