Simple, convenient in use design - rake-tedder for mini tractor Sonechko, spoke 5 mm (GST5) is intended to accelerate drying of freshly mown vegetation (tedding) and to collect dried grassy mass, while simultaneously forming longitudinal windrows of dry hay.
On the Sonechko rake (GST5) four raking wheels are installed, equipped with curved spring spokes made of high-carbon steel (thickness 5 mm) - 16 pcs each. The spokes are fixed with bolts on steel central discs - when the machine moves, the spring teeth easily pick up the dried grass, feeding hay from one wheel to another, forming a loose windrow. The sequential arrangement of the wheels with partial overlap of working zones provides a maximum productivity of 1.7 ha/h, with a working width of 2.7 meters.
Wheel discs are mounted on hubs with sealed bearings, which facilitate rotation and increase the maneuverability of the unit on any terrain. The wheels are mounted on two subframes, which are attached to the main frame by movable hinge connections. Additionally, the rake-tedder for mini tractor Sonechko, spoke 5 mm (GST5) is equipped with a pair of damping springs that allow precise copying of the plot's relief. The equipment is attached to machines with power from 8 horsepower using a reinforced three-point hitch, with adjustment of the angle between the working unit and the tractor travel line.
