The KSN cultivator from BILOTSERKIVMAZ is designed for direct stubble loosening and primary semi-deep non-inversion soil cultivation to a depth of 15 to 25 cm after harvesting cereals, industrial and row crops. The unit is used as a technological alternative to conventional ploughing in minimum (Mini-Till) and traditional farming systems to loosen the pan, improve aeration, crush crop residues and preserve internal moisture.

Main functions

High-quality stubble treatment: provoking the germination of volunteers and weeds by continuous stubble loosening immediately after the combine has passed.
Deep non-inversion loosening: breaking up compacted soil layers and the plough pan without inverting the layer in order to restore capillary structure and water permeability.
Intensive mixing and mulching: crushing and evenly incorporating stubble and harvest residues into the topsoil to create a protective mulching cover against erosion and moisture evaporation.
Continuous cutting of weeds: complete destruction of the root system of annual and troublesome perennial vegetation thanks to the overlap of chisel shares 300 mm wide.
