Designed for primary and pre-sowing soil cultivation for forage and industrial crops, stubble cultivation, which in a single pass allows complete destruction of weeds, cultivation to a strictly specified depth, loosening, leveling and sufficient compaction of the soil to avoid moisture loss, fully preparing the soil for subsequent agrotechnical operations.
Trailed LDVP cultivators are best suited for stubble treatment. It provides intensive mixing of soil and plant mass to a depth of up to 15 cm. The design and arrangement of the working bodies ensure quality pre-sowing treatment, which in turn significantly expands the application range of the disc cultivator, increases its annual workload and economic efficiency of use.
The main purpose of stubble cultivation is not weed control, but incorporation of volunteers and a large amount of crop residues — with minimal tillage technologies there remains a lot of unshredded and unevenly distributed straw and stubble in the field. Most modern cultivators cannot cope with such an amount of organic mass in the field, lodged cereals, stubbles of coarse-stemmed crops.

Bearing housing of the stand is maintenance-free. Bearing in housing – 6U537909KS17 double-row roller (inner diameter 49 mm, outer diameter 84 mm, width 43 mm, weight 0.941 kg). Bearings in the roller housing - 22308. Spherical "chamomile" disc diameter 560 mm, hardened steel thickness - 6 mm.
Advantages of the spring-mounted stand production:
reduction of fuel consumption by at least 15-25% (due to reduced tractive resistance);
Protection of the bearing assembly when hitting any obstacles prevents breaking of discs, bearings, stands, frame damage;
Uniform working depth because the cultivator does not lift out when the disc hits an obstacle;
Self-cleaning of the discs during operation allows effective work on wet soil.
Also can operate on harder soils, with a greater amount of crop residues.
