The deep ripper GR manufactured at the “BILOTSERKIVMAZ” plant is used for:

loosening soil on slopes and fallow fields using a non-inversion technology;
post-harvest loosening and pre-sowing soil cultivation covered with stubble and a mulching layer;
treatment of bedding and forage land.

The use of deep rippers is an increasingly widespread method of soil cultivation that protects the environment.

At the consumer's request, the GR-4.3 deep ripper can be equipped with two types of rollers: support or tandem-spike.

The GR-4.3 consists of a main frame, a hitching device and two tandem-spike rollers. During operation the machine provides:

additional crushing and leveling of the topsoil;
good aeration and infiltration of rain and melt water;
a multiple increase in soil porosity;
increased water permeability;

The GR deep ripper is designed to work with tractors of at least 40 kN class, equipped with a three-point hitch system with power of 300…340 hp. The machine can be operated in all soil-climatic zones.

The recommended working speed of the deep ripper is 6-12 km/h.

The working depth is adjusted from 25 to 45 cm.

If the tractor's tractive force is insufficient, it is necessary to reduce the working depth. With soil hardness greater than 3.5 MPa, the maximum allowable working depth is 30 cm. When working on heavy soils, in order to prevent breakage and deformation of the deep ripper's shanks, do not over-deepen the machine's working elements. With soil hardness greater than 3.5 MPa, the maximum allowable working depth is 30 cm.

The warranty period for the GR-4.3 mounted deep ripper is 12 months and no more than 425 ha of treated soil.
