Buy the heavy spring harrow BPV-9 of Ukrainian manufacture “BILOTSERKIVMAZ”.

The toothed spring harrow BPV-9 is used for:

loosening the soil after harvesting agricultural crops and evenly distributing plant residues across the field;
pre-sowing soil cultivation;
leveling the soil surface and closing in moisture;
covering seed and mineral fertilizers scattered across the field;
for soil cultivation when tending fallow land.

The toothed spring harrow BPV is designed to work with tractors with power from 120 to 160 hp. The working speed should be maintained at 10-12 km/h, because at high speeds a vibration effect of the teeth is achieved, which makes soil cultivation continuous.

The toothed spring harrow BPV from BILOTSERKIVMAZ is coupled to the tractor using a hitch device. The axes of the harrow hitch device are inserted into the spherical joints of the tractor hitch extensions. Then it is necessary to insert the pin locks into the product’s tow crossbar and tighten the side stays of the tractor linkage so that there is no play. After that it is necessary to secure the tow crossbar with a safety chain and insert the free end into the shackle on the hitch device.

The cultivation depth on the spring harrow can be adjusted:

Using the screw drawbar of the trailer for the central section of the rakes.
Using the screw drawbar of the wing support wheels for the side sections of the rakes.
Using the screw drawbars of the trailer and the wing support wheels to adjust the uniform penetration of all spring teeth.

The control of the harrow teeth attack angle is performed manually in the range from 45 to 90 degrees, which allows a wide choice of settings depending on field conditions and type of work. Rules for storing the toothed spring harrow include:

Storage on sturdy supports for a reliable position under cover or in open areas.
Performing conservation work for short-term storage or a long pause in use.

The warranty period of operation for the BPV-9 harrow is 12 months or no more than 1500 ha of cultivated area.
