Compact productive equipment from a Polish manufacturer - Polish 2-bottom plow Bomet (Bomet) 2-20 for mini-tractor (high beam) copes excellently with heavy working loads - thanks to a well-developed design and the presence of simple adjustment of the main functions. Suitable for plowing land plots of medium and large areas, it can be used both in private and in farm operations.
This new plow from the Polish manufacturer is equipped with durable working parts - the bottom is provided with a share with a chisel-shaped elongated reinforced nose, the moldboard design includes a removable element (front part) that is easily replaced if necessary, and an angle scraper is installed on the upper part of the moldboard.
Due to the specially shaped shares, the two-bottom plow Bomet (Bomet) 2-20 can penetrate to a depth of 20 cm, easily cutting the soil layer and delivering it to the moldboard. The presence of angle scrapers allows carefully removing the topsoil with residues of crops and weeds and throwing it to the bottom of the furrow, where the plants are covered by a loosened inverted layer of soil. As a result of these actions the soil is maximally saturated with moisture and oxygen, and the covered plants rot and serve as excellent compost for future sowing.
This mounted Polish 2-bottom plow is intended for mini-tractors that have an engine power of at least 20 horsepower, and is attached by a three-point linkage. The device is additionally equipped with a special screw mechanism with a handle for setting the working width - the optimal value for this model is 40 cm. Plowing depth is adjusted by a lever located on the support wheel beam.
The working parts (bottoms) are mounted on high beams - 58 cm. Such a height is quite sufficient so that the Bomet (Bomet) 2-20 plow on a mini-tractor does not clog with old vegetation during tillage. The mounted equipment reaches maximum productivity of 0.5 ha/h at an operating speed of agricultural machinery of 12 km/h.
