Description of the rotary tiller FN-2.2 for a tractor. Rotary tillers are used for finishing pre-sowing soil cultivation in a single working pass, eliminating preliminary plowing and harrowing. At the same time, active crushing and mixing of the topsoil layer occur, weeds are destroyed, crop residue and fertilizers are incorporated, the surface is leveled, and optimal porosity and soil structure are created, which increases its biological and biochemical activity. Rotary tillers are used both in open fields and in greenhouses, on flat surfaces and on beds, and are used in forest nurseries and park and garden farms. They are most effective when working heavy sticky soils, cutting hummocks, as well as for improving and refreshing meadows and pastures. The tillers have a centrally located drive. The rotor knives are arranged in a spiral, which increases the smoothness of the tiller's operation.
