Rake-tedders for minitractor "Sonechko" 4-wheel SHIP - high-quality functional equipment used for raking into windrows of finished dried hay or for fully turning dried plant material. They have a simple, convenient-to-use design, are excellent for collecting and tedding grassy mass on medium and large plots. They have a working width adjustable from 1.8 to 2.8 m and high productivity - up to 2 ha/h.
The "Sonechko" SHIP tedders are attached to minitractors with a power of at least 16 horsepower by means of a reinforced three-point hitch equipped with a lift lever and two turnbuckles. The working implements (wheels with a diameter of 120 cm) are attached to a sturdy frame made of square profile tubes and are located on two subframes in a specific sequence, with partial overlap of the working zones of each subsequent wheel.
Due to the sequential arrangement of the wheels, the rake-tedders for the minitractor "Sonechko" 4-wheel SHIP pick up dried plant material almost without losses and misses, raking the raw material into even neat windrows along the direction of travel. The wheels are mounted on bearings, equipped with slightly curved steel spokes, and are fixed to the central plate with bolts. Wheel rotation is initiated by the movement of the tractor when the teeth contact the field surface. By changing the angle of the working implements, the unit performs the function of tedding not yet fully dried vegetation.
