Contact-systemic fungicide Switch Syngenta SwitzerlandUse:The complex contact-systemic fungicide Switch is effectively used for treating vegetables and fruit-and-berry crops to fight various fungal and bacterial infections. Thanks to the active ingredients — cyprodinil and fludioxonil — this preparation rapidly destroys spores and mycelium of fungi. Fludioxonil affects the growth of the fungal network, pathogen reproduction and the formation of cell membranes, disrupting their functions. Cyprodinil penetrates plant tissues, provides good acropetal and laminar translocation and inhibits methionine synthesis. The fungicide Switch provides systemic and curative action, suppressing the development of mycelium of various pathogens. Switch is rapidly absorbed by plants, preventing re-infection by diseases. The preparation effectively controls the main disease agents that promote fruit and berry rot during storage. Switch has contact-penetrating and preventive-eradicative action, therefore it protects the plant at four stages of the pathogen development: during conidia germination, at the beginning of mycelial growth of the pathogen, during pathogen penetration into the cell, and it also stops mycelial growth within the cell.
