    The oil heater of the ZhM model range is intended for moisture-heat treatment of oilcake and oilseed mash.
    During moisture-heat treatment, changes occur in the physico-mechanical properties of the mash, surface forces that retain oil in the mash are reduced while necessarily maintaining conditions that ensure preservation of the natural properties of the oil that is subsequently pressed. Mash treated in the heater is transformed into pulp.
    First, the mash is moistened with live steam to 8–9% with simultaneous heating, then it is conditioned for moisture and delivered for pressing at a temperature of up to 115° C at the outlet.

    The oil heater is made in the form of a welded cylindrical structure that is a set of heating sections (vats). Thermal oil is used as the heat carrier. A shaft with blades of the mixers fixed to it is located in the central part.

    The heaters are manufactured with 3 to 8 vats, with vat diameters of 1200 and 2000 mm, depending on the required capacity.
