The torch-style pellet burner is supplied with a control unit
that monitors and controls the burner’s operation. The burner is equipped with an external and internal auger
for feeding pellets into the combustion chamber, movable grates to improve
fuel combustion quality and self-cleaning of the burner chamber,
forced-air fans to supply air to the chamber, and an air heating element for independent pellet ignition. After
pellets reach the pellet receiver, the internal auger feeds the pellets
into the combustion chamber, the fan forces air in, and in this way
the required amount of fuel is burned.
Ignition is provided by heating the air
that passes through the heating element and reaches directly the fuel
located in the rear part of the burner chamber. The movable grate,
feeding a new portion of fuel, evenly distributes the pellets along
the entire length of the chamber, which promotes combustion of the required amount
of fuel and removal of the heavy fraction of ash. The burner control unit
supports fully automatic operation of the device in all modes.
