The trailer is made of high-quality materials, the thickness of the sides and floor is 1.5 mm with additional stiffening ribs allowing the transportation of cargo of any purpose without worrying about damage; also all parts of the trailer, including the frame and running gear, are painted with Polish powder coating, which is characterized by good resistance to mechanical damage. It reliably protects metal components from atmospheric precipitation; before painting all trailer parts are treated with phosphate metal treatment to increase anti-corrosion properties and improve surface adhesion to paint (they are immersed in a tank with a special acid that removes any film from the metal to a shine). It meets European standards and allows the trailer to be used without sides as a chassis and provides good visibility of the trailer at night. German 4- or 7-leaf spring by the company "Alko" provides smooth movement over fields and poorly surfaced roads both with heavy load and unloaded. Shock absorber installation is made parallel to the frame side members, as on BMW cars, which allows damping of high-frequency destructive loads. Rear and front opening sides provide maximum comfort for loading and unloading operations. PVC tarp made of Polish fabric is durable, does not fade in the sun and does not crack in frost.
