Neckring for Rоs-2 combine harvester KRP 09.00.00

KRP 09.00.00 RV, Neckring: this is a complex welded structure consisting of two inserts, two sidewalls, a flange, a cut-off, a brace, etc. The neckring serves as a transitional link between the throwing housing and the support of the silo pipe.

Composition, manufacturing procedure and materials of the neckring for the Ros-2 forage harvester:

Inserts, sidewalls, cut-off are made from 4 mm thick sheet of steel St3ps2-sv GOST 14637-89. The flange consists of two rings of different diameters welded together. The larger ring of the Ros-2 combine flange has an outer diameter of 275 mm, an inner diameter of 226 mm; made from a forging of steel 35 GOST 1050-74. The smaller ring is bent from 4 mm thick sheet 22 mm wide to an outer size of 225 mm; made from steel St3ps2sv GOST 14637-89. Overall dimensions of the Ros-2 combine neckring: height – 542 mm; width – 308 mm
