Purpose:

The Cleaner AG 2.0.04-01 is a spare part designed to clean working elements (in particular, a 650 mm “daisy” type disc – item AG 2.1.01-02-6) from soil adhesion during operation. It is mounted on the disc harrow arm and fastened using a special bracket, providing continuous disc cleaning during soil cultivation.

Cleaner (after 2014):

The updated version of the cleaner, supplied assembled with a bearing unit, is designed for disc harrows of the AG, AGP, UDA series manufactured after 2014. Thanks to integration with the new type of bearing unit, reliability, ease of installation and structural durability have been improved.

Real-time cleaning: Constantly contacts the disc surface, scraping off adhered soil, preventing a reduction in cultivation quality.

Special placement: Mounted on the arm directly adjacent to the disc using rigid fastening, it withstands mechanical loads and vibrations.
