The KSN cultivator from BILOTSERKVIMAZ is designed for direct stubble shredding and primary semi-deep non-inversion soil cultivation to a depth of 15 to 25 cm after harvesting cereals, industrial and row crops. The unit is used as a technological alternative to classic ploughing in Mini-Till and conventional farming systems to loosen the plough pan, improve aeration, shred plant residues and preserve internal moisture.

Main functions

High-quality stubble treatment: triggering the germination of volunteer plants and weeds by continuous stubble shredding immediately after the combine passes.
Deep non-inversion loosening: breaking up compacted soil layers and the plough pan without inverting the layer in order to restore capillary structure and water permeability.
Intensive mixing and mulching: chopping and evenly incorporating stubble and crop residues into the topsoil to create a protective mulching cover against erosion and moisture evaporation.
Continuous cutting of weeds: complete destruction of the root system of annual and persistent perennial vegetation thanks to the overlap of arrow-shaped shares 300 mm wide.
