The purpose of the apparatus is to clean the hooves of pigs and cattle from bristles. The already severed legs are loaded through the top doors.
The legs rotate on the chamber disk and are pressed to the side wall by centrifugal force. During rotation, water at a temperature of 62°C is poured into the machine chamber and caustic soda is added.
To avoid motor overload at the start-up, a two-stage speed is provided.
The motor rotation speed is regulated by a potentiometer through an inverter.
When the process is finished, the side doors are opened manually, and the clean legs are removed from the machine using residual centrifugal force.
The hoof cleaning machine consists of:
1. Base made of stainless steel with a 10 mm rotating disk and the chamber disk and are pressed to the side wall by centrifugal force. During rotation, water at a temperature of 62°C is poured into the machine chamber and caustic soda is added.
