    Variety BILOSNIZHKAA columnar variety Bilosnizhka was bred in Crimea in 1987 as a result of crossing Bolero and Renet Simirenko. This cultivar belongs to mid-season varieties, ripens at the end of August and has a flat-round fruit shape of medium size. The fruits have a light-yellow color when ripe with blushed sides. The average fruit weight is 70–85 grams, inside it has a tender structure of whitish hue with a sweet-and-sour taste and optimal juiciness. The tree begins to bear fruit from the 4th year. Yield is good, from a seven-year-old tree — 4.5 t/ha. The tree is frost-resistant and has strong immunity to diseases. Its height is about 1.8 meters and above. The columnar apple variety Bilosnizhka is partially self-fertile. The ripening period of the fruits is late (3rd decade of September).
