The KS 48VS-DC constant voltage generator version 50-55V from the German brand Könner & Söhnen is designed as a backup charger for charging batteries whose operating voltage range includes 50-55V.
The generator is suitable for recharging batteries in the field of ensuring energy independence for private households, for off-grid, solar, wind, telecommunications systems, camping, etc. The 50-55V range is optimal for charging common LiFePo4 lithium batteries with a nominal voltage of 51.2V, but can also be used to charge other types of batteries provided the generator's maximum output voltage of 55V is acceptable for their charging.
