The generator runs on gasoline and gas, making it a versatile solution for providing autonomous power in various conditions and allowing the user to choose the more available or economical fuel depending on the situation.
The generator is suitable for recharging batteries in the field of ensuring energy independence of private households, for autonomous, solar, wind, telecommunications systems, camping, etc. The voltage range of 50–55V is optimal for charging common LiFePo4-type lithium batteries with a nominal voltage of 51.2V, but can also be used to charge other types of batteries provided that the generator's maximum output voltage of 55V is acceptable for their charging.
The generator charges the battery first with constant current up to 60A until the increase in its output voltage reaches 54.5 ± 0.5 V, and then charging after reaching this is carried out with constant voltage.
In AUTO mode the generator independently monitors the battery voltage and starts if it drops below 50V for more than 5 seconds. After starting, the generator warms up for about 1 minute and after warming up activates its DC output. The generator stops if the maximum output voltage of 54.5 ± 0.5 V is reached and the current falls below 20A for 30 seconds.
In EXTERNAL CONTROL mode the generator is started by closing and stopped by opening the CONTROL TERMINAL control contacts regardless of the battery voltage and the current at its output. The EXTERNAL CONTROL mode allows the generator to be controlled by external devices with so-called “dry” potential-free contacts, which are supplied by most modern solar inverters, etc. Programmable external control contacts allow starting and stopping the generator at other battery voltage values, implementing generator start depending on the time of day, etc.
The generator is equipped with a noise-reducing plastic housing that reduces the noise level during operation and provides protection of the device from dust, moisture and other external factors.
The generator is equipped with protection against short circuit, incorrect polarity connection and battery overvoltage, and stops immediately if for some reason it rises above 59V.
The generator does not have its own starter battery and is started from the battery that it is to charge. This simplifies maintenance of the generator and increases the reliability of starting in case of infrequent use of the generator.
