The Altek SD-T2-5 heliosystem consists of high-quality components. The thermosiphon non-pressurized seasonal water heater is assembled from individual vacuum tubes. Solar radiation energy is absorbed by the absorber and converted into heat that heats the water, and thanks to an effective selective coating the efficiency of the solar collector is increased. This system operates with free circulation of the heat transfer fluid. The vacuum tube structurally consists of two glass bulbs, air is evacuated from the space between them, which reduces heat loss.

The design and coating of the tank provide resistance to corrosion and good thermal insulation.
