Description:

Repair kit for the pump of the MTZ-80, 82 tractor with D-240, D-243 engines, economy class. It is characterized by an affordable price and quality. It is installed in the pump housing 245-1307025-01.

The water pump shaft has a flat (key) for installing the impeller and a groove for the rubber ring, which is installed to prevent coolant from leaking along the shaft to the bearings. The new type of water pump oil seal has a steel housing and a spring, therefore during installation it is recommended to lubricate the seating area with sealant, and place grease inside the barrel to protect the spring from corrosion.

The key feature of this repair kit is the bearings, which are already standard by 4 mm. With proper installation, the repair kit allows the water pump to operate for a fairly long time as part of the cooling system of MTZ, ZIL Bychok and other equipment with D-240, D-243 and D-245 engines. This repair kit is interchangeable with the D-245 pump repair kit because the water pumps of these engines have a standard housing.
