The KMO-1.8 U row-crop cultivator for a mini tractor provides high-quality cultivation of crops of various agricultural plants - it effectively loosens inter-rows while simultaneously removing weeds. This type of cultivation fully preserves all beneficial microelements in the soil, enriches the soils with oxygen and helps retain moisture, which favorably affects plant growth and ensures an excellent yield.
In a single pass, the KMO-1.8 U inter-row cultivator treats an area 2.1 m wide, showing maximum productivity - up to 1.05 ha/h on soils of any complexity. The unit consists of a long profiled frame with two transverse beams and three independent sections. The trailed three-point hitch is attached to the front part of the frame with adjustable bolted connections. Three working sections are mounted on the second transverse beam using U-bolt fastenings with clamping plates on bolts. Movable locks allow shifting the sections along the frame to position them at the required distances from each other.
The KMO-1.8 U inter-row cultivator is attached to the rear of machinery with at least 22 horsepower using a three-point hitch. Each section is equipped with a set of working tools - two one-sided flat cutters and one arrow-shaped share. The tools are fixed with bolts in slots specially allocated for each element, can be adjusted in height, removed or replaced with new ones. Support wheels are located at the front of each section and have dampening springs that provide a smooth ride and precise terrain following. Cultivation depth is adjusted by changing the height of the working tools - up to 15 cm.
